These terms govern your use of the AfroSoar Connect website and your engagement of our recruitment and relocation services. By submitting an application you accept these terms.

2. Applications & documents

You agree that all documents and information you provide — including your passport, certificate of good conduct, academic and professional papers — are genuine and belong to you. Submitting false documents will end your application immediately.

3. The process

Placement follows defined stages: document submission, office interview, medical examination, deposit and passport submission, intercultural training, and clearance for departure. Timelines depend on employers, embassies and medical results and are not guaranteed.

4. Fees & deposits

Any fees or deposits will be communicated in writing before you pay. Always confirm payment details with our office directly. AfroSoar Connect is not responsible for money sent to unverified accounts.

5. Medical & eligibility

Placement is subject to passing GCC-approved medical tests and meeting the employer's and destination country's eligibility requirements.

6. Confidentiality

We handle your personal documents confidentially and use them solely for processing your placement.

7. Liability

We act in good faith to secure suitable placements but do not guarantee employment, salary or working conditions beyond what an employer contractually offers.
